3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught at brew pub. Pale gold with big frothy head. Aroma as fruity hops, some biscuit. Some hops come through in the flavour, but not enough. Too much yeast. Not as dry a finish as I hope for in a pilsner.

Sweetish Pilsener that is pretty authentic to the Bohemian variant on blond lager. Surprisingly intense but obviously using a lager yeast.

On tap at the brewery.
Bridging on an amber color. Light malt aroma with good fruit and hops. Turned to biscuity cereals as it warmed. Good malt flavor, buttery, biscuits, cereal. Good fruitiness and medium or better hops. Very yeasty, with a bit too strong of a signature. Decently dry finish, hops low but ok bitterness. Decent, but had to warm a bit to get the malt character going.
