Somewhat hazy. Pleasant banana aroma and lingering aftertaste... easy to drink and quite enjoyable.

My Bottom Line:
This half Weizen, half Blond Ale’s biscuity maltiness and herbal hop bitterness supercede its banana esters and citrusy zest, but fear not: it remains quite drinkable and pleasurable.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam surfs the hazy yellow blond.
-The prickly effervescence is a little too forthcoming for my tastes.
-This is not your textbook Weizen, so that’s fun.
-It’s cleanly-brewed and well-structured, just maybe not the recipe that’ll impress you.

Slightly hazy golden color. Very clovey with what reminded me of banana cream pie, though the bananas were not so strong. Not as balanced as I hoped. A cream pie finish.
