August 28, 2013 - on draught at Euston Cider Tap. Hazy gold, no head. Smells and tastes like an apple lambic - apple, sour lemon, wool - sour as f*&k!!! Thick, massively acidic, still, long dry buzzing finish, leaves an odd burnt sour baked apple aftertaste - this made me gassy for a whole friggin’ day but it was worth it.

Bag in box at troon beer fest 07. Im guessing fully that this was completly ruined. Aroma is super vinigar. Taste is sore to drink i found it had to have 50ml.

From the barrel - GBBF2007. A light olive coloured cider. The aroma is good fruity apples, aggressively fruity. The taste is pretty dry. Good apples and a little funky. Maybe a little harsh to be true.

Bag in a box at Planet Thanet BF 2007. Hazy gold with disappearing off white head. Lovely dry ascetic apple juice cider aroma. Bit of cheese. Decent apple juice in mouth Dryish but not overly dessicating. Fine, but not dry enough for me.

A Mes rate: Boxed stillage @ Planet Thanet. Great stuff. Fairly sweet nose considering this is the dry but never mind its nice enough. Flavour is very good with plenty of barnyard texture. In fact the texture is amazing. Like eating dust then a watery explosion in the mouth. Ok thats sounds rank but it’s not its just one of the strangest palates I have experienced. Amazing. Oh there is a LOVELY germoline note too. Liked it a lot

From the box, gravity dispense, Birmingham CAMRA Festival 2005. A decent enough dry cider with a bit of a crunch to it. Nothing too remarakable.
