Tap at ncbc. Pours a slightly hazy medium gold with a scant light white head. Tangy, fairly indistinct nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Tangy mid palate, kinda lemony, tinny. Mild finish.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Amber clear pour slight head looks like it’s triple filtered (very bad sign). Smells faintly of belgian yeast. Watery belgian flavor. no funk no brine nothing interesting going on here. Pass this one by: it’s shadow of what is possible in the style.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a golden color with a fizzy white head that leaves light to no lacing. Smells of Belgian yeast, banana, cloves, and sweet malt. Tastes of all the same things in the smell and is spicy. Mouthfeel is medium with light carbonation and a dry finish. Overall this is just an average tasting saison. Nothing out of the ordinary.
