COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The American Hefe with the German name. Ewige Liebe is copper in color and lightly hopped with German Tettnager hops. Nothing better on a summer day! Brewed with love, for love...

This brew looks like an amber drop of sunset in a glass with a ring of head and not much carbonation. Not much aroma. Body is a bit flat and pretty mild, though tartness and fruit are the discernable characteristics.

Draft at NCBC. Pours a cloudy dark amber with bright edges and a light creamy film atop. Tangy wheat nose, brown bread showing, light noble herbal note. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Wheat tang, brown bread, and some fresh sweet herbal notes on the mid palate. Very easy drinking, refreshing, and appealing.

Toasty caramel, wheat, and light citrus notes on the nose. Pours hazy amber orange, thin head. The flavor is nice light and toasty with wheat malt, cereal notes, light lemon, crisp light hoppiness. Lingering light sweetness and wheat. Nice carbonation, easy to drink.

Tap @ brewpub. Hazy, red orange appearance, with an off white head. Orange-tangerine citrusy, caramel, wheat malty nose. Crisp, caramel, somewhat citrusy wheat ale flavor. Not much in the way of banana and clove notes. Pretty good.
