COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Huge Imperial IPA brewed with over 3.5 lbs of hops per barrel and dry hopped with a combination of Simcoe and Amarillo. This beer comes in at a whopping 10.5% abv and 100+ IBUs. Notes of tropical fruit and citrus balanced with the malt and alcohol. this beer is deceivingly drinkable.

Pretty cool name and tap handle. The nose is full of tropical fruit, good sweet grapefruit and tropical punch, caramel, and some sugary notes as well. Pours copper with a decent head and soft lace. The flavor is also full of tropical fruits, sweet but balanced with nice bitterness in the finsish. Extremely tropical, smooth drinking, nicely carbonated. A really enjoyable IIPA.

Draft at Naked City. Pours a clear dark golden with a slight toffee tint and a nice uniform off white head that fades to a thin layer...light lacing. Good amount of citrus fruitiness on the nose with light resinous pine and touches of caramel to round out the sweetness. Lively carb and maybe just a touch light on the mouthfeel...for me. Nice hop forwardness in the flavor. Very assertive bitter pine, wrapped up in light citrus and dry grassiness with some malty sweetness to bring it all together. Maybe a touch astringent and ’warm’ on the end...I am feeling the 10.5%.
