COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Brewed with 15% rye malt, dry hopped with Falconers Flight, and fermented with an English yeast strain, Jack the RIPA is a bit sweeter and more full bodied than its American cousin Hoptrocity.
Nice fruity floral nose on top of lightly spicy rye and a hint of caramel. The pour is golden amber, thin head and lace. Flavor os mildly spicy rye malts, floral fruity hops, pale and caramel sweetness. Nice moderate spice throughout. SOlid hoppy finish. Fruity, drinkable, balanced, nice.
