Draught at the brewpub
Pale blond color. Light aroma of malt, pleasant. Dry mouthfeel; simple malt flavor, but with a very light crispy touch, also light corn flavor. Correct bitterness.
In it’s category, not bad at all, but a bit simple overall.

Draft at NCBC. Pours a slightly hazy pale bright gold with a loose and sudsy white head that sticks around for a while. Corn nuts and pine on the nose. Fizzy medium body; refreshing. Toast and corn nuts on the mid palate, flavorful for the style, with a big bitey resin wash near the end. Gets a little shampoo-y on the finish--crisp and refreshing but a tiny bit sharp if you’re not having food with it.
