Draft at NCBC. Pours a murky ruddied medium amber with no head, lace, or legs. Mild tangy lemon and balsamic nose, very gentle, almost cherry-like. Creamy flat medium body. Tangy mid-palate with a mild finish. Could be a little more complex and a little more carbonated,

Salmon-amber, thin ring of head, flat body. Altbier-like nose. Un-fermented sugar malt nose, with some berry fruit. Light to medium-bodied, easy berry sweetness with a soft, tart balance and light crystal malting. Quite pleasant, cool, and refreshing like crystal clear spring water.
