Draught. Pours a mostly clear copper color with almost no head on it. Nose is pretty light, with some slight grain elements to it. Taste is grainy, and reads more of a lager style to me. I do get a slight bit of toasting at the end, making it slightly more interesting.

Draft at Naked City Brewery in Greenwood. Great name (Blonde on Blonde Ale!). Quite dark brown for a blonde, slight haze. Small foam. Warming amber malt, good grainy funk. Solid taster, a little sour and heavy in malt.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear straw color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of toasted malt and floral hops. Light-bodied with a mildly bitter herbal hops character and notes of malt and fruit. The finish is lightly bitter with a grassy hops aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Clear golden color with white head. Mild floral, grainy pale malt aromas. medium body, average carbonation. Grainy pale malt flavors with light fruits, NCs dirty house yeast---not bad

Golden body, head that dissipates quickly to just a ring. Nicely balanced golden, toasted grain and mild hop nose that has some substantialness to it. Toasted grain body with some honeyed sweetness and crisp hoppiness. Lightly tannic, honeyed cereal grain finish. Solid for the style with the honey quality seeming to really flesh out the body more than typical for a blonde ale.

Not sure what a blonde on blonde ale is. Nose of grainy malt, light sweetness, and moderate earthy hop notes. Pours golden, light, thin head. Flavors of grain and light malt sweetness and crisp unobtrusive hop notes. Thats about it. Not bad, refreshing.

Golden in color, clear with a thin head. nice malt and hops balance. Easy drinking this could be a beer for all day yard work.

Draft at NCBC. Pours a crystal clear burnished medium amber. Loose whitish head. Big corn nut and toast nose. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Toast and corn nuts on the mid palate. Mild nutty finish.
