Basztowe is a triple-hopped beer with a deep, strong taste, for real men who appreciate the power of beer brewed only with natural ingredients. 18.5P

Can 500 ml
Appearance: Deep dark gold with solid rocky head 3+
Nose Heavy on sweet malt , sugar , fruit with light hint of hops.
Flavor/Palate : Strong dry alcohol welcome your palate. Solid fairly heavy malt is behind ,slightly nutty in tone. This could be decent strong lager only if alcohol was not that dry bad rough.

aroma: stinks with can, aroma of gravel mixed with rain water, looks nice light amber, head disappearing rapidly, flavour overwhelmed with strong grapes!!!! wine, decent taste as for such a cheap beer, sweet, even smooth, but awful alcoholic taste in the middle starts to dominate over the whole palate and later assassinate all the other tastes, overrippened pear!!!, strange, I can feel pop-corn!!! It is not a good thing to call it a malt liquor as far as the malt level is not adequate to this tremandous spirit like level of alcohol, no hops, (low quality drink, and poor hobo taste :-)) Interesting complex flavour in deed but in a negative way.

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2009 Re: I had to revoke my opinion completely. Either they improved or I had a bad day, but this is not that bad as the initial Ƒ.8 ) rating would suggest. Orange colour, medium head. Strong malt notes with almost no bitterness, but - supririsingly - almost no traces of alcohol. However, I still doubt that it should be counted in as a malt liquor.
