50cl bottle, pours golden, white head. Aroma and flavor, light pilsner malts, thin grassy hops with underlying floral touch.Malt remains the dominant part of this beer with a light bitter sweetness palate and hints of citrus. Nothing too impressive.

Got this beer a couple of weeks ago at Surdyk’s in Minneapolis. Little bit of an odd duck. Poured with a nice, white head and no lace. Color is yellow gold. Aroma is beery, a little hoppy and a little malty. Flavor is the same plus interesting balance between bitter and sweet with some root, urine, decaying leaves, and dryness in the finish. Body is ok and so is carbonation. Not really a bad beer despite the above.

500ml bottle. BB 04.03.10 Clean, clear pale gold body, short-lived white foam. Odd light malt aroma; corn and cereals, odd rubbery note, cardboard, hint of alcohol and floral hop. Medium bodied, dry texture, spritzy carbonation. Gritty malt body, bread, cardboard, hint of hop herbaceousness and light fruits. Burnt rubber note returns and lingers on a drying, mildly bitter finish. Not a fan. Something off about this one.

50 cl bottle, Fargo, ND, USA. Slightly hazy pale gold colour. Soapy head with noticeable carbonation. Faint skunkiness, pepper and straw aroma. Crisp first sip, nice and spicy. Mellow, almost too subdued, finish.

Bottle from Valley Farm. Golden in color. Aroma is mostly grainy with a hint of sour. Fairly bland and grainy. Drinkable, but rather boring.

Can 50cl.
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, cabbage water, paper. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Pale golden beer with a thick white head. Aroma is quite fresh and a little bit malty. Fairly sweet but with a fresh grassy/malty character. A little bit of herbal character as well. Fairly grainy but quite drinkable. This is a beer for chugging, but it does pretty well in that capacity.
