Bottle. A sweet, Budweiser type beer that is very one dimensional. Other than being sweet, this beer has nothing going for it. It wasn't repulsive, however I would never try it again.

Pours with a very fluffy, aromatic head. Color=golden. Better than other Polski beers that I've had recently. Still nothing to write home about (unless, of course, home is Warsaw!) I taste corn, pear, malts & copper. Full, satisfactory finish. I bought this from some real cute polish girls from a little polish market down the road from me!

Slightly clourdy golden colour with a large dense white head. Mild corn aroma with some sugars and some malt. Medium to Light-bodied; Strong malty taste with some sweetness and not much else. Aftertaste tastes of malt and some faint fruity sweetness (apples/pears). Overall, a decent beer...different than other Polish Lagers. I bought this 500 mL bottle at Beers of the World in Rochester, New York and sampled it on 01-November-2003.

PorterPounder (6144) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - OCT 25, 2003
Pours light golden with pithy, soap-like head - not much lacing. Malty, wort-like aroma. Flavor has some redeeeming qualities, a bit too yeasty, but full of body. Hops are not very apparent and missed much. Too straight forward with the maltiness. Alcohol is very evident. Strong finish.

veggie malt aroma, golden hue with giant frothy white head, cidery maltiness with hints of grain and slight metallic notes along with slight hoppiness

I have a new favorite Polish beer. Pours a light yellow with a very nice head that left minimal lacing. Smells a very malty with the slightest hint of hops. Tastes malty with some fruit esters and a grainy finish. Rather crisp, actually. Mouthfeel is full and minerally. Drinkability is very nice. If I ever go to Poland I know what the first beer I'm going to want to try will be.

Earthy malt aroma. Light gold, decent label. Musky, a little fruit, malty and moderately bitter. Good mouthfeel, slightly tart, proper carbonation.

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2005 Golden with a big white head. Unusually complex aroma for a lager. Hops, fruit, malt. Pretty good lager taste. Full bodied and no bite. I can taste the alcohol, however. Also a slight corn taste. An above average lager.

Slight haxe in the yellow; appopriately fizy; slight sour smell in the nose. Good mouthfeel. Corny sweet. Little hop character.

I found the overwhelming sense to be sweet. A nice enough and inoffensive brew but the lack of balance holds it back. The 7% does not dominate but is there.
