   AROMA 5/10   APPEARANCE 2/5   TASTE 5/10   PALATE 2/5   OVERALL 10/20
BückDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - DEC 12, 2006
Bottle: Pours a pale gold color, lightly hazy (hmm). The nose is fruity with that typical blend of fruity ethanol (fusels?) esters from a high temp fermentation or just cheap husky eastern european malts. The flavor is a bit tangy and zesty with some decent hop bitterness and a light sweet malt and tonicy quality. The finish is average, strong. Meh.

   AROMA 4/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 3/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 10/20
GreatLibations (1854) - Last Supper, Arizona, USA - DEC 7, 2006
Pours pale golden w/ a full, semi creamy froth. Froth recedes slowly to a thin sheet canopy w/ full lacing. Aroma of thick malt and aged liorice. Medium to full nectar w/ mellow residual effers. A big malty brew w/ a fruity, semi sweet character. Flavors of earthy aged citrus, red licorice, honey, and bruised banana. Finish has just slight acidic bittering. Overall: a unique brew w/ an old world appeal.

Big toasty white head on a hazy light orange body, this product smells mildly malty. Taste is the same but extra watery and with a hint of bananna. Hides the alcohol well $0.75/17oz

Pour is a cloudy looking yellow with a white fizzy head. Aroma is quite malty with some grass in there. Flavor is super sweet and very metallic. It actually hurts my teeth like chewing on tin foil. Not good in any way and i this might be a drain pour.

Bottle - from Tres Bonne Cuisine, thanks to Bück Dich for the new store. Pours a nice dark golden yellow color with a fizzy white head. Aromas of minor hops, grass, and grains with a touch of vegtables. Flavor is a nice crisp hoppy/grain taste with a nice clean finish.

Hazy dark gold pour with 2-finger frothy white head. Aroma of bready malts, hopcitrus, some honey. The flavor was terrible, with a lot of hot corn chip hints, plus some honey, caro syrup, and off vegetal malt hints. As it warmed, it began to get very cloying.
