2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20 Eyedrinkale (3214) - Astoria, New York, USA - JUN 23, 2004
Hmmm, European Strong Lager? That’s what it taste’s like. If it’s something I’ve never heard of, it’s best to think it’s good as long as you don’t pour it down the drain. Gotta love a 7% lager that’s actually drinkable. Not much in the head department. Pours golden lagerish color. Sweet malty taste with mellow yeasty aroma and little carbonation. Good for a one time shot but not worth the airfare to Poland.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Cornfield (5276) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - JAN 13, 2005
This poured a thin-but-hazy pale orange with a foamt white heat that soon collapsed into itself. The aroma is grassy, caramel, and a bit of orange pulp. This is light on the flavor side, some sweet malts and a bit of an acidic bite. There’s an alcoholic finish. This wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

Pours pale golden w/ a full, semi creamy froth. Froth recedes slowly to a thin sheet canopy w/ full lacing. Aroma of thick malt and aged liorice. Medium to full nectar w/ mellow residual effers. A big malty brew w/ a fruity, semi sweet character. Flavors of earthy aged citrus, red licorice, honey, and bruised banana. Finish has just slight acidic bittering. Overall: a unique brew w/ an old world appeal.

Can, 500ml. Standard but a bit golden colour. Sweet aroma, nothing special but a bit stronger than standard lager.

(500ml bottle best by 10-27-09 thanks to bu11zeye) clear pale yellow with a tinge of orange and a ring of white bubbles. Nose of metal, alcohol, sugar, and corn. Taste of fusel alcohol, syrupy sweet, burnt raisins and an undercarbonated body. As it warms, flavors of hairspray emerge and linger on the palate.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 heemer77 (5011) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - MAR 20, 2006
Purchased a bottle at a Gomer’s in KC. Medium gold colored body with a little bit of haze. The white head went away to a thin scum fairly quickly. The aroma was sweet raspberries with some cooked carrots and corn. The taste had some funky cheese rind with a little bit of potatoes and some bell peppers. The finish is like eating raw potato peels.
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20 Ungstrup (26267) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 23, 2006
An orange beer - quite carbonated, so bubbly cling to the glass and it has a huge off-white head. The aroma contains primarily notes of straw underneath which the alcohol is noticable, combined with hints of metal and straw. The flavor is quite malty combined with some notes of straw, but then the sweetness sets in, and it is quite powerful. When the sweetness resides a bit, the alcohol comes along with notes of metal, leading to an end, that is slightly sour and quite dry.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 MAP (1133) - Lakewood, Ohio, USA - FEB 22, 2009
Smell of cheap cereal grain, sweetent grape juice and pale malt. Flavor is very basic grainy lager. Hazy simple yellow color with almost no bitterness. Drinkable, but not really enjoyable.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 mribm (440) - Hurley, New York, USA - DEC 15, 2003
Bottle. A sweet, Budweiser type beer that is very one dimensional. Other than being sweet, this beer has nothing going for it. It wasn't repulsive, however I would never try it again.
