500ml bottle. Courtesy of Papsoe. Some caramel, honey and spicy aromas. Pours reddish, almost clear, with nice creamy offwhite head, persistent, poor lacing. Medium body, high carbonated, slightly crispy texture. Taste is caramel, spicy, malty, quite smooth and quaffable. Enjoyable one.

Pours a clear dark amber color with a small off white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of sweet caramel, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and other spices. Taste is a malty caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg and finishes with a slight sourness. Body is a bit thin but overall it’s a decent winter warmer.

Pours a hazy copper colour with small off white head that completely disappears. Aroma is fruity yeast, spices, malty sweetness, caramel. Flavours of caramel, mild bitterness, sweet dried fruit, spice, and some alcohol.

Bottle. Red-orange pour, robust beige head, decent lace. Aroma is yeasty fruit and spices, oddly earthy in a way. Flavour is heavily spicy with plastic undertones, closest to mace than any other spice. Astringently dry finish. Thin mouthfeel. Not really that enjoyable.

(500ml bottle) Pours a clear amber-orange body with small beige head. Aroma of caramel, juniper berries, anise, and coriander. Flavor of coriander, nutmeg, anise, clove, and caramel.
