4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap @ Winter Warmer in Asheville.
Pour: Hay yellow with thin collar of foam.
Aroma: Banana/clove esters. Belgian yeast notes.
Taste: Mild body with sweet malt backbone. The subtle spices and fruity esters work well together. Mild bitter finish.
Overall: Refreshing, quaffable attempt at Pale Ale/Belgian Ale hybrid. Well done.

Yellow beer, white head. Smell has some grassy notes and some sweet malts. Easy drinking, light, refreshing. Best served as cold as possible. Not bad on a hot day

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light pale malts, lightly sweet. Floral tones are inviting, as is the squirt of fresh lemon. Lightly bitter, but enough for a blonde ale. Nice crispness, texture. A good beer to gamble at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino with.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Draft in a flight at the brewery. Didn’t care for this one too much. Just a very light ale without much flavor or substance to it.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft at tasting room. Pours yellow with a thin white head. Not much on the nose. Has a clean crisp taste without imparting a ton of flavor. Finishes clean. This would be a good one to give your mother if you’re mother is about to begin a craft beer journey.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Yellow pour with frothy white head and lace. Aroma of flat nothing. Sweet malt with a hinto paper, and pepper. Light medium bodied with good carbonation. Pretty good the non aroma was a big kicker for me.
