COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Amber Ale uses seven malt varieties, and three unique selections of hops in order to achieve deep complex flavors. The taste starts slightly sweet and then progresses to a clean, dry finish.

Deep amber, almost russet in colour with a good thick creamy head that clings to the sides of the glass. Smells distinctly caramel, redwood bark and... hmm. It’s difficult to pin point scents beyond candy sugar and golden syrup. Maple? Flavour strongly of the afore mentioned aromas. Cool, sweetish and only the subtlest of bitterness. Not an absolutely memorable ale if I’m honest.

This ls a little more maltier and less hops than the typical amber ale. The flavor is somewhat yeasty with an acidic tinge.

Flavor is sweet and malty, with a slightly bitter and quick finish. Decent brew, but nothing special about this one.

Reddish copper, loose white head. Very bready, toasty aroma. Flavor is more bread, maybe a hint if grapey, fruity flavors.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 10/14/11

Aroma: The nose on this beer is mostly made up of caramel malts and fruity notes
Appearance: The pour is a cloudy amber color with a beige head and some decent lacing
Flavor: The taste of this one is fairly sweet, fruity, and malty with a light bitterness to it
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a fairly smooth mouthfeel, with a slight dryness the the finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was a somewhat decent Amber. It isn’t anything particularly unique or memorable, but it works alright for what it is trying to be.

Tasted on 10/10/11 from a 12oz bottle. Pours dark red-amber with a very thick beige head that slowly recedes to rocky lace, leaving an even layer of thick residue along the inside of the glass. The nose has some malty bread and caramel, with some underlying herbal and citrus hops. The flavor is dominated by the bread and caramel malt, with just a hint of lightly bitter herbal and citrus hops underlying. The body is light with average carbonation and a medium malty and lightly bitter hops finish.
