Commercial Description:
Our Amber Ale uses seven malt varieties, and three unique selections of hops in order to achieve deep complex flavors. The taste starts slightly sweet and then progresses to a clean, dry finish.

Bottle:   Orangish amber, copper tinge, moderate to large off-white head, fairly nice lacing.   Mealy aroma, dirty, slight ashtray.   Very little in the way of nice maltiness.   Somewhat thin on the tongue, mealy, smidgen of sweetness.   Has a slight astringent ashtray sort of flavor.   Reminds me a bit of Redhook for some reason, maybe a little lighter.   Not bad, just very average.

Bottle from Root Cellar. Poured a clear amber color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting and good lacing. Medium malt aroma. Medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

22 oz bottle from bvc. Pour is slight haze copper orange amber with a well formed 2 inch off white head. Aroma of slight roast caramel malt sweetness. A touch of bitter nut present. Taste is the caramel malt, with a twinge of sour on top of the sweetness. The softness of the sweet of the nose is bit dirtier in the taste than the nose. The middle is waxy, card board and the walnut nuttiness. Palate is medium, prickly carbonation. The finish continues the cardboard dirty edge of the taste. Thanks for sending this my way Brandon.

Pours dark. A little more flavor than most Amber Ales I’ve had. Dry finish.

Sampled in a 22oz. Pours pretty clear and mild brown. Flavor is a good quality mixture of hops and malts. A pretty nice brew.

Pours a nice amber with orange-reddish hue. Nice maltiness base with caramel, toffee, light bread. Nice hops balance. I think this is a well crafted Amber.

Deep copper red with a fizzy white head. Brassy malty butterscotch taste and aroma with an earthy grainy finish.
