Our cool brew is a highly dry-hopped ale which is full of flavor and yet eminently refreshing. We brew this seasonal beer as a tribute to the grand American traditions of summer vacations, backyard barbecues, and peaceful picnics. Our COOL BREW is perfect for picnics and pairs with carne asada and sausages.

Thin light tan head of fine bubbles with light carbonation. Huge pine aroma that wafts away rather quickly then leaves a sweet malty aroma with some straw and herbs. Color is a hazy golden orange. Decent bitterness up front and late swallow with a decent malt backbone in between. Some dry roasted peanuts and more hebs and flowers. Quite dry and puckering at the finish. Rather one dimensional and lacks any kind of complexity but still a decent pale with quite the bitter kick.

Pours cloudy copper with a thick beige head and a floral aroma. There is a light refreshing pale malt flavor with mild hop bitterness and a soapy finish. Tastes a little off.

Pours straw gold clear with a foamy head. Malty aroma, vegetal notes bring it down some. Drinks like your standard APA, with a good malt balance, low bitterness but finishes crisp.

(22oz bomber thanks to bu11zeye) clearish medium yellow with a frothy yellow-tan head. Nose of celery, earth, caramel, umami, and turmeric. Taste is earthy, spicy, orange, cracker and well carbonated. A decent finish in general.

Bomber. Clear chestnut color with a tall khaki head. Aroma of lemon zest and chemicals. Metallic taste overwhelmed some attempts for a little citrusy hops to fight through. Hints of toffee and burnt chocolate as well. Watery. Quick, mildly bitter and astringent finish. I wanted to find something to like about this beer but it just wouldn’t let me.

This is a pretty tasty beer, even though the aroma is a bit malt heavy. A bit of grit and bitterness, but not overly done. Pretty tasty stuff.

From Browns Valley market in Napa. Pours clear amber with a robust white head and good lacing. Nose is citrus and floral hips on a caramel malt backbone. Medium body with an average mouthfeel. The flavor is strongly of floral hop over a light caramel base. The finish is bitter and pleasant.
