22oz bomber pours with a clear copper body supporting an off white head. The aroma has a mix of raspberry gummy bears, citrus hard candy and then lime flavored gummy bears. The taste has a mix of the same notes where there is a good deal of hop flavor and just a moderate degree of hop bitterness. Between the various malt sweetened fruity hop notes are thin ribbons of biscuit malts and slightly roasted malts. It gets a bit more resiny with hops into the finish. This seems a bit disjointed as the malts and various hops seem to struggle with one another.

Fatehunter (1179) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - JUN 15, 2013
Poured a finger and half of head on a hazy, medium straw colored body. The aroma had the mildest citrus and pine smells. The taste had a watery-mild bitterness to it with a sweet note at the end. Meh. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. It does not have anything really going for it. Itís not bad, but it has no real flavor or smell to it.

(Bottle) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with lasting beige head, leaving traces of lacing. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, apricots, hints of honey, tropical fruit and resin. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, citrus, honey, orange peel, tropical fruit, candy sugar and a certain resinous bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and fresh. Nice one.

Very crisp slightly hoppy finish yet not overpowering. Aroma of berries perhaps. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

Smells nice and fruity, strong citrus and floral odors. Orange with a thin white head and lots of sediment suspended in it. Taste is sour and bitter, finishes with hints of grapefruit. Sticky, fizzy palate.

A good beer. Pours a light amber, with a white head. Smells of blueberries and ginger. Taste is similar, wildberries with a hoppy, but not bitter finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0.355l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. This is a clear golden one with a small just off-white lacing top. Itís not extreme on the nose, but I get some branchy hops, slightly dusty and sweet peaches. Not horrible, but not over-interesting to be honest. Itís below average on the carbonation and it has a slick oily mouthfeel. Not directly fresh on the taste, but itís slightly berry-sweet this. Low on the bitterness indeed. Kinda mouthdrying and almost astringent also. Would like to try this a bit fresher. 05.01.2012
