UPDATED: NOV 22, 2014 Doften är som mest intensiv vid upphällningen för att sedan försvinna så sakta. Smaken är bra med en fin balanserad beska men ölen har inte riktigt det där man kan begära av en Imperial IPA.

The aroma is citrus, pine and resin. Appearance is bright orange amber color with lots of white head. Taste is extremely bitter but it opens up to some sweeter tropical flavors. Its medium bodied and kind of creamy. This is a great IIPA kind of a suprise a little heavy but enjoyable none the less.

12oz Bottle pours a pale copper color with thick frothy head. Strong maltiness and full hop flavor. Slight metallic taste straight out of the bottle that blows off with some breathing time.

Bottle from Systembolaget in Rotebro. A bit hazy copper with a medium, creamy head. Aroma and taste of hops, toffee, dried fruit, grape and some notes of alcohol. Not a bad beer but there was something "odd" in the taste.

@ Havregatan. Flaska från Systembolaget (30:-). Rejält humlig, ganska söt och fruktig smak, en hel del beska. En riktigt god DIPA.

Medium offwhite head. Clear brown body. Oily resiny raisiny malt aroma with tropical fruit and grapefruit notes. Dry-sweet earthy resiny oily taste with minty tropical fruit and lime notes. Mid-to-full body. Slightly hot sharpish mouthfeel. Dry earthy tropical fruit and raisiny malts aftertaste with spicy grassy oranges notes. Really nice. Full of flavour, yet still drinkable. (0.355l bottle, at Tre Små Rum, Göteborg.)

Very dark copper and bronze coloured body with a hazy brown glow and a thin, one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of alcohol, pungent grassy and piney hops with a lot of malt, a ton of sugars and a deep hoppy flavour. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong pungent hop flavours with a lot of malt, alcohol, yeast, grass and herbs noticeable - strong as hell. Aftertaste shows a lot of malt but even more hop flavours with some sweetness, some light nutty flavours and an earthy flavour that persists. Overall, a decent Imperial IPA with a ton of malt and alcohol notes with little hop flavours and a quite strong fruit and hop flavour. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased earlier today from BevMo in Mission Valley, San Diego, California on 08-June-2013 for US$6.99 sampled in my hotel room in San Diego, California on 08-June-2013.

330ml bottle. Cloudy copper body, huge orange tainted head. Citrus, exotic fruits, fudge. Dry aftertaste. Surprisingly sweet for a DIPA. / Rated on the go
