Ohh man. Oxidized hops and stale notes dominate in general. Aroma is just awful. Smells old and spoiled. 7.2%? Jesus... Flavor’s not as bad though. Pretty sweet though. This one is an ’avoider’

Ughsmash (6671) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 26, 2012
Bottled. Poured a nice shade of medium orange with a well-retained, sticky beige head. The aroma picked up toasted nutty and darker fruity notes with accents of earth and black pepper.. not bad. The flavor found nutty and caramel malts at the core, with darker fruit and light lactic sourness around.. finished with a bunch of toasted residual sugars and warmth. Medium-bodied with a smooth feel across the middle.. no real complaints with this one.
