Our Organic IPA uses the finest two-row organic malts including Pale malt and Munich malt. Preserving the tradition of classic India Pale Ales, Organic IPA is infused with a hefty dose of aromatic Cascade hops to create a bold, lingering finish.

This is far and away the best Organic Beer that i have ever tasted... of any style. The fact that it ranks also amongst the best of American style IPA’s is a credit to whoever brews it. Unlike most IPA’s they aren’t trying to make the most extreme brew and as a Brit who likes to have more than half a glass, this is most appealing.

Comes out of the tap a slightly hazy golden with a thick, creamy, off-white, fine-bubbled head that sticks around. Strong, hoppy, evergreen aroma has a firm undertone of grapefruit. Flavor is quite hoppy and somewhat bitter, with evergreen hints and a citrus undertone that is mainly grapefruit. Tingly, lively texture makes for a very pleasing finish.

A creamy bitter hop aroma. This is a tasty beer. The hops are flavorful, a very creamy non-bitter finish. balances very well with the Spicy Thai pizza I’m eating.

Orange pour with average white head. Honey aroma, maybe a slight bit hoppy. Thin body. Great sweet taste. Lots of honey flavor and hoppy. Great beer.

This is a gorgeous looking beer with lush peach-amber colour, a cream coloured head and evident carbonation. The nose was more malt driven than of massive amounts of hops. ANZAC biscuits, golden syrup, peach lobes, nectarine, dehydrated guava. It was remarkably sweet and enticing. I am looking forward to a taste: there was prickly carbonation, but not in spadefuls and then I felt the body was a little watery. This was misleading because there was a crump as it hit my tongue with a mallet. Suddenly I was immersed in those fruit flavours, dessert malt and crystallised ginger. A rush of bitterness pinched my tongue and carried the finish of orchardfruit, mace, allspice and nutmeg. The body went from being watery to sherbety and creamy. You shyster, you Napa IPA. Definitely worthy of seconds.
