COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Pale Ale uses the best European and American hops and a blend of "plump" two-row barley. As a result our beer has fragrant aromas with a hint of caramel malt.

Pours a clear golden wheat color. No head, but that’s the way the waitress poured it. Very grainy and butterscotch aroma. Very nice mouthfeel--slick and wet. Butterscotch flavor that is balanced with a barely noticeable hop. In fact, without making a special effort to look for the hop, you’ll miss it. A little under-hopped for an APA. IBUs might be at the APA level, but the aggressive grain bill disallows the hops to express themselves.

Slightly better then average pale ale. Pours a boring yellow. Not much smell either. Taste is smooth, tropical fruit, with a very slight hoppy finish. Not bad, but a little average. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, from the discount bin at Five Points Bottle Shop (Atlanta Highway) in Athens. Mild fruit juice (pears), sugar, and some caramel in the nose. Very light hazy pale straw, thin white head, some lace. Dull swet initial / mid palate relly goes nowhere / thin mildly fruit aftertaste. Thin-medium body. No much going one here. A fairly dull beer.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a clear golden color with a white head. The aorma is pretty dry and citrusy with some floral hops. The flavor is the same. Light bodied with below average carbonation. Decent APA.

Hazy yellow, hints of marmalade with a nice white head. Soft fruity orange caramel nose, a little earthy yeast. Taste follows the nose quite closely, with a kolsch like softness to it. Soft carbonation, short finish with more fruit, apricot. Quite nice.

Malty aroma has a good yeasty overtone and a hint of apple. Pours a lovely clear orange-golden amber with a fairly thick and frothy cream-white head that leaves some good lacing. Malty flavor has subtle fruity and grassy notes, enjoyable if nothing special. Texture has about average body and not much fizz. If not a spectacular ale, worthy of at least a try.

12 oz bottle Purchased at Corks and Kegs. Very little aroma and mostly sweet malt. I am not sure why this is a Pale Ale. No bitter flavors just too bland. The caramel malts overpower any hops. The color was a clear gold with small head and lacing down the glass. The ale’s appearance was its strongest feature. the carbonation was lively and the finish was bland with a metal time taste.

Poured from 12oz bottle, pours a dark golden orange with a thin head, the aroma was of old hops and wet socks, the flavor had a sweet front end with a finish of hops, a little bit of wet garbage was in the finish as well, whoa, just plain bad.

12oz bottle in a lager glass. Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma of tin, pale and caramel malts, and light hops. Flavor the same, I think this is a bad bottle. Average texture. Would like to try a fresh version of this.

Hazy orange-gold with scant, whispy white head / Sweet nose of cooked fruit / Medium body, very weak carbonation, somewhat sweet and cloying, with weak hopping / Flavors of honey and cooked fruit / Drain pour.
