2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle; poured a hazy amber/orange type color with a frothy white head. Aroma of bready malt, with a touch of caramel, with a lot of earthy/citrus/fruity hoppiness that was just ok. Flavor was so bland that you could probably mistake it for lemon water. Almost reminded me of a wheat ale. Rather disappointing and not a great introduction to this newish brewery.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours hazy orange/yellow with a small white head and some lace. Smells plain and malty, metallic. Tastes plain and malty and metallic with a tiny hint of hops. Not very good. Thin body, ok carbonation.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber from BevMo Salinas. Nose of light peaches, a little floral hops, but extremely fruity esters and a hint of cotton candy. Very lightly hazy gold with a medium, nicely lacing, pale yellow head. Flavor is light bitterness and very heavy peachy fruitiness. More like a wheat style than a pale ale. Finish has a little more bitterness. Enjoyable to drink since I like hefes but not a typical pale ale. Rated as to enjoyment not to style

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
A very weak pale ale in aroma and taste. Light amber color, minimal head. Seems like they tried to use the least amount of hops possible while still calling this a pale ale.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pale straw colour without a big aroma that I expected from a US pale ale. Palate again was a bit thin and didn’t offer up anything that interesting. Bit of a dissapointment.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
22oz bottle from BevMo. Pours a mostly clear deep gold with a fluffy white head, some spotty lacing. Decent nose of faint citrus peel and some grassy hops. Palate was very one dimensional with grainy malts and light hop bitterness on the finish.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
A boring and bland pale ale. Aroma was pretty weak. Hay and grass with a hint of stale hops. Pour was a light gold with a thin off white ring for a head. Taste was very thin. Light malt with a hint of sweetness and a wet bitter aftertaste. Drinkable but that’s about it.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Sampled at Barrios’ Sausage Fest 2010! Semi-clear golden straw pour with minimal ring of near white head. Very floral aroma with green apples. Flavor is like potpourri and lavender. Very unique, but not sure if I actually care for it. The hops have become metallic.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a lasting ring of off-white head with a clear, golden-amber body. Aroma of grassy hops. Some caramel notes in flavor. Decently bitter finish.
