Who on earth would go out for a walk in the middle of the storm? Ando on top of that, all the streetlamps have gone out. A car illuminates that alley and, for a second, you have seen two eyes sparkling. You give some thought to it. You don’t know what is dragging you , what is calling you. You go in. Tinxto.

Aroma is fruity and hoppy as well as dark and foreboding. Taste is malty and dark, but with a grapefruity sensation in the back. Maybe a little too hard on the roasted malts but licorice, citrus and newly cut grass play well together and manages to pull it over the finish line. Not bad, a really cool BIPA!

Spicy hop aroma and a full flavor of freshly ground coffee, a pleasant sweetness followed by a dry hoppiness. Nevertheless too sweet for an IPA in my eyes.

Bottle from Kihoskh in Copenhagen. Fruity and hoppy smell with a dark malty aroma. Dark malty taste, coffee, dark chocolate, fudge and liqourice. The malts dominate but there are some citrusy and grapefruit hops in the background. More of a hoppy stout then a BIPA, they should have eased up on the roasted barley or added them later in the mash. Nice beer though.
