Tap @ C4. Clear amber body with a small white head. Aroma is heavy hops, pine, grapefruit, citrus, fruity. Flavor is hops, caramel, fruit, alcohol. Long bitter aftertaste.

From tap at Beertemple. Hazy, deep amber, creamy head. Intense citrussy hop notes, hints of raisins and even nuts. Nice.

Fra fat på Fermentoren mai-13: slik går det når man blir lurt utpå av gode venner. Sterke øl i store glass. Heldigvis deler vi med hverandre, ellers hadde det gått helt galt. Masse aroma, masse smak, masse vitaminer og masse dagen derpå. Må prøvers i forsvarlig lite kvantum under mer kontrollerte omstendigheter.

Keg @ Fermentoren. The pour’s deep amber with a small head. The nose is orange peel, strong honeyed bread. Caramel, syrup. Loads of sweet malty aromas. The taste is more honeyed bread. Light citrus. Marmalade spread. Some toast. Very syrupy, thick body. Quite flabby. Overall, not what I look for in a DIPA.

Tap @ Christian Firtal Pale Ale Festival Odense, 2013. Pours hazy orange with a creamy head. Heavy and alcohol. Serpentine and petroleum. Wauw. Extremely sweet, rough and unbalanced.

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a cloudy amber with a thin white head. The aroma is rich and malty leading to a medium bitter, super rich. liqourice, yeasty flavour. A quality beer.

Draught @ Fermatoren. Pours golden with a creamy white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruity hops, grapefruit. pine. Flavor is malt, caramel, loads of bitter fruity hops, grapefruit, pine, resin. Medium body, soft carbonation, bitter finish with some alcohol showing. 030513

On tap @Fermentoren. Aroma is massive and brutal, fruity and resiny mainly. Taste is round and pleasant with a massive hop wall in the end. Still, it doesn’t give that unpleasant hop overdose.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2013 Keg at Fermentorem - Copenhagen. Pours clear gold with a fine, foamy white head. Sugary malt nose, some citrus, grapefruit. Big sweet flavor, sugary malts, ripe citrus. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary pale malt finish, more sugary citrus. Heavy-handed, syrupy.
