Hazy golden color with huge white fluffy head with short duration. High carbonation. Aroma is malty, with a good citrus character. Light to medium body. Taste is malty, citrusy, with bread and cereal hints, some spices as well. Dry and bitter finish.

Pilsner dal colore dorato chiaro con schuma abbondante. Al naso sentori di miele e fiori con un tocco erbaceo. In bocca corpo medio e ben bilanciata... forse un po dolce per lo stile. Finale piacebole e molto beverina.

In short: A no-style fruity blonde thirst beer. Ok.
How: Bottle at La Tape, Madrid.
The look: Clear blonde body topped by a small white head.
In long: Nose is cereals with plenty fruity esters I’m not used to (or supposed to) get from pils. Body of medium size with a medium carbonation, typical clean mouthfeel. Taste has a pleasant crisp cereals presence and a lot of fruity flavors (apples, melons and others). Low hop presence. With its dominant fruity esters and flavors I thought this pilsner lager tasted like a golden ale. Not much of a true pils, but as some kind of fruity blonde thirst beer this was adequate. A very simple thirst beer, but I happen to be someone who appreciate the simple things in life, mostly because I’m not intelligent enough to appreciate the complicated things.

Taste: pretty bitter, citrus, grassy, some grapefruit, bit fruity. Aftertaste: bitter, bit soapy, spicy touch, citrus, some grapefruit, floral touch.
