Refrescante y saciante. Muy por encima de la media. On-tap. ½ pt Pilsner glass. Enjoyed on agt´12. Foggy yellow appearance. White froth creates leaves lacing on sides a creates a lasting thin layer crown on top. Intense fresh yeast & floral hop aromas with hints of creamy soap & lavender. Tasting shows involving citric touch & ripe apricot hues. Smooth maltiness & dense palate. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Watery to oily texture. Clean & dry bitter finish resolves into a long aftertaste. Refreshing & satiating. Very easy drinkability. Highly above the medium average.

Straight from tank @the brewery. Pours a hazed straw to gold colored body, under a massive white foamy head. Aroma starts with hints dough and sulphur, then lots of grassy/floral and light lemony hops, crisp dryish pilsner malts emerge. Very fresh tasting. Dry/sweet light grainy malts, well balanced by just the right amound og fresh noble hops providing a clean bitterness and fine tones of grass, lemon and mild herbs/flowers. This is an excellent Pilsner. The younger the better!

On tap @ Haand Festival 2013. Hazy light golden body, big creamy white head. Aroma is floral noble hops, pale malts and hints of grass. Taste is pale malts, herbal notes and hints of biscuits in the back. Light body, medium to high carbonation. Nice pilsener.

On tap at Haand Festival. It’s an unclear, yellow-golden beer with an orange hue. A fingerthick white head sits on top. Pale malts, grass, hay and some fruityness in the aroma. A faint perfumed whiff too. It’s dry on the palate, medium to full bodied and a bit too carbonated I think. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, with pale malts, grass, hay and a fruity touch. Lasting bitter and fruity finish, mostly bitter actually. Perhaps not very true to style, but it’s a very nice one anyway. 130525

On tap @ Bar SF, Barcelona. This is a cloudy pale-orange one with a nice small heavy lacing off-white head. Not extreme at all on the aroma, a bit malty and some faint fruity tones yes. Mild snowy oranges I think. Does that make sense? In taste it’s soft fruity, some watery orange zest and light grassy. Oh, so easy and light drinkable. An easy quencher that tasted really good right about now. 10.08.2012
