On tap at Bar Animal in Madrid. Pours a crystal clear, yellow-gold colored body with an inch thick, foamy and frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is DMS with a lightly sweetened and grainy pils malt, some grass, and a few fruity notes. Flavor is better. Just a slight DMS note before some fruits and a nice grass comes in to balance a lightly sweetened pils malt. Finishes dry and bitter with a nice grassy hopping before leaving a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Light body and a moderately active carbonation. Overall, a decent pils. A bit too much DMS on the nose, but the flavor was solid. Balanced and easy drinking.

Botella de 33cl. Vierte color dorado claro y trasparente con pequeña corona blanca (persistente). No mucho destacable en aroma, huele como una pils cualquiera o una lager. En boca se aprecia trigo, malta dulce, y el toque de lúpulo para finalizar. Paladar un poco especiado. Cuerpo ligero, carbonatación perfecta. Presenta la simplicidad de una industrial pero con una elaboración más trabajada. Cerveza nítida y refrescante.

Bottle. Slight hazy yellow color, short head. Aroma is very grainy and malty, soft herbal hop, hay, bit skunky even. Medium to strong bitter taste (for a pilsener), dry, some kind of sweetness of body still present. Some weird vegetable or pine-like bitterness, bit astringent. It might have a bit too much body, where it could have been more crisp and refreshing.

Tap. Well, very refreshing beer, with many memories to German and Austrian brews, unpasteurized, an uplifting pils. If you have the chance to try it on tap ... great! it’s perfect. The best pils in Spain, much better than other industrial pilsner.

Draught: Smaller sized white colored foamy head that disappears quick and leaces a thin half open lacing on top of an almost clear bright yellow colored beer. The aroma is like a typical pils aroma with just a bit more fruit and flower tones. Flavours of malts, some herbs, fruits, hops, cardboard and citrus. Aftertaste is malty with some herbs, hops and light bitter tones. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, just medium bodied an a liggt creamy texture.

bouteille 33cl, BB 06/2013, lot#13012 Dorée, col blanc crémeux. Arôme donne un bouquet généreux de grains, le tout restant assez doux tirant vers le riz. Léger houblonné qui laisse une pointe citronnée très subtile, tout en gardant une présence grains certaine. Palais est sec et pétillant, grains bien présent avec ce côté pils malté, léger fruité et houblonné, sec et terreux laissant un fruité et fleuri léger et agréable. Se termine sur une effervescence moyenne-haute et un citronné houblonné.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a medium white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is grassy hops, malt and some citrus. Taste is soma malts, grassy hops and a subtle bitterness. Light/medium body and medium carbo. Quite a nice pilsener.

On tap at The drunk monk. Golden colour with white head. Malty aroma. Slightly bitter taste, with a little sweet finish.

Bottle @ home. Aroma is hayish malt, some metallic notes. Flavour has some malty, slight fruity but mostly herbal hop notes, not too bitter. Nice.

On tap @Animal. Slightly hazy dark gold. Aroma is hoppy, fresh. Taste is a bit crispy, bitter.Light body, average carbonation. Aftertaste is a bit sweet.
