Bon, on peux toujours rêver

Botella.

Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Smooth dark malts with a spicy licorice streak. Nice fruity tang. Touch of dark chocolate and a trace of coffee. Spicy dry finish. Tasty, even a little intense.

Bottle to snifter. Looks good; a mostly opaque dull dark (almost black) coffee with darker beige lacing. Smells solid; dark malt, bitter chocolate, roast, pumpkin, and a bit spice. Tastes like it smells with a fairly bitter medium to medium full-bodied mouthfeel. Good, not great; thin for the abv.
