Botella de 33 cl. Color naranja, ligeramente turbio y una corona de espuma no muy abundante que desaparece bastante rápido. En nariz destacan los cítricos. Luego en boca, se confirma todo, especialmente el limón. Se notan poco los 7%, muy facilmente bebible. Una cerveza diferente, tampoco es una saison al uso

Cloudy orange with 2 fingers of head. It dissapear fast.
Citrus hoppy aroma with some lemon and a lot of orange.
In mouth is citrus hoppy with funky saison yeasty notes.
Not the usual saison but it’s a really good beer.

Bottled. Clear golden color, some tiny debris, short frothy head. Aroma of spicy yeast (T-58?), orange, ginger, some spicy and grassy hop, hint of citrus and pine. Quite bitter taste, citrussy. Finishes rather dry. The yeast dominates a lot of the character of the beer.

Bottle. Pours clear dark golden with a medium white head leaving nice lacing. Wow, aroma is not what you would expect from a saison. Big citrus hops, orange peel, soma malt and sweetness. Taste is also sweet, fruity, citrus hops and a nice bitterness. In the aftertaste there is some saison funk noticeable, but not very much. Not really a saison, but it tastes very good.

Muy buena cerveza para empezar. Sabor muy muy floral y con poco amargor. Aún teniendo 7% de alcohol no es nada notable.

Tap, whow!, this is one of my favorite beers, just the touch of citrus make this beer a delight, nicely balanced with a pleasant and refreshing finish.

On tap at BBF.Hazy golden colour with a white head. Fresh aroma of grains, and herbs like coriander. Lemon adition.A bit of fresh white bread detected. Flavour is fresh. Really easy drinking, little sweet and a bit watery. Good beer.

On tap @ Beer Temple. Golden color, hazy. (Off-)White head. Aroma’s: sweet & sour fruits, yeasty, citrussy hops. Retronasal there’s lots of fruit, zuurtjes (sour candy), a little malt. Flavor issomewhat grain-ish, lightly sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. Medium bitter finish. Nice attampt.

Bottle from De Molen beershop. Orange colour, off-white head. Nose is oranges, light malty backbone, fruity. Flavour is light malty, oranges, fruity, juicy, very appealing flavours. Well done.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 09/2013, lot#12518. Quelle bonne idée pour célébrer le retour su soleil, et surtout une belle surprise. Comme toujours belle étiquette et contraste de l’orange et du citron.
Couleur orangé claire, col épais et crémeux blanc cassé.
Arôme reste ici différent du palais qui est lui plus fruité. Je note ici plus de grains, note levure dominent le bouquet. Ce dernier est suivi d’un agréable houblonné alternant les notes citronnées et orangées.
Palais, note de grains couplé à qcq notes d’épices. L’effet de surprise est inique dans l’approche plus traditionnel que je me fais d’une saison type belge. Ici, il y a une dominance réelle de fruits tropicaux, orange et citronné qui ajoutent à ce profil plus caractéristique de saison. Ce dernier se retrouve dans le côté sec et grains. Le palais reste néanmoins épais avec un profil presque sirop en bouche.
Au final, le tout reste très désaltérante, à boire frais dehors. Parfait et un bon départ des saisons belges qui trop souvent n’osent pas innover.
