The aroma has some nice yeasty funk and some light fruity notes. The color was a hazy orange, it poured very heady but had no retention at all. The taste was a medium sweetness all the way through with flavors of orange or some other kind of light fruit, it dried up a little towards the end though with a hint of spice. The body was very light which is good for this style but it has also very still almost flat. Overall I actually really liked it, sweeter than I would have liked but it hid the abv very well also very easy to drink and refreshing.

Draft at Beer Temple. Sour orange and grapefruit peel. Orange glowing color. Medium body. Unbalanced for a saison with too much sourness.

Bottle. Well, this had expired, although there is no such thing in brews. I was not too happy with this - no saisonlike taste, a bit sour but quite drinkable.

Tap at Lemmys. Beautiful hazy orange gold with a fine head. Funky, fruity tart nose, grapefruit. Funky citrus flavor with a sour edge. Notperfct, but nice tart saison.

Bottle. Hazy orange, medium white head. In aroma bread, spices, orange and funky notes from yeasts. In taste low sweet, spicy with medium to low bitterness. High carbonation, spicy finish. Could be more funky, but good anyway.

Hazy dark yellow colour. Aroma and flavour have the bitterness of citrus peel and the sharp acidity of citrus juice. There’s an interesting yeasty background in this one.

From tap @ La Cerveteca. Typical fresh grainy saison aroma. Quite flat in taste. Slightly bitter aftertaste.

330 ml. bottle @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Very nice label. BBF 09/2015. Hazy orange, creamy white head. Nose is overly sweet faintly mineral saison yeast with plenty of sweet white bread & light orange. Taste is the same faintly milky big white bread saison yeast which dominates, sugar, light herbs, aspirin, sweet orange, hay,… Yeasty body, lightly milky,… Okay but would definitely benefit from a far more interesting yeast strain in my opinion.

Pours pale greenish amber. Short-lasting ivory head. Aroma is bakery, yeast, coriander. Fresh, flat, thin and light-bodied. Aftertaste is medicinal.
