Bottled. Golden color, short head. Aroma of heavy malt, flowery hops, belgian yeast, spicy, hint of raisin, slight cheesy. Big bold taste, bitter and sweet. Reminds me of de Molens super-charged saison. Pumped up saison, full bodied and full of flavor. Not as dry and crisp as most saisons.

Bottle@DeMolen. Very hoppy aroma. Yellow, white head, good lace. Pretty bitter, nice maltiness, very hoppy. Flavourful, easy.

Draft. A dark amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, spices, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, black pepper, caramel, yeast, and other spices, leading to a dry, yeasty and spicy finish.

Tap @ borefts beer festival 2012. Copper with a white head. Looks good! Smells pretty hoppy.. More like weed perhaps. Some sweet malts going on too.. Very hoppy with a slight brett. Delicious!

Clear medium orange / copper colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, riped tart fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity acidic, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120928]
