Draught. Hazy amber liquid with small to medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, biscuit, toffee, British yeast esters, flowers, bread and pine. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of bread, toffee and citrus. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Ok, a bit one dimensional.

En lättsam APA med smak och doft av citrus och humle. Tunn kropp med en god tallbarrsbeska. Jämn och fin i smaken.

Pour is slightly hazed dark orangish amber with a light tan head. Nose is very hoppy and oiliy. Doughy butery note underneath it all. Taste is same with a light lingering bitterness if the finish. Hops are strong, bitterness is kept in check, falls off slightly in the finish.

Aroma: The smell is mainly citric, ripe oranges, but also some soap associations.
Appearance: The beer is clear amber, has a high off-white head that leaves good lacing.
Taste: The taste has much malt, bread, toffee, some lemon juice and peel. Slightly chemical.
Palate: Medium high carbonation, rather soft and somewhat oily, a dry finish.
Overall: Seem to have been brewed properly, but does not respond 100% to mine nose and tongue.
Note: Cask at De Klomp. Reviewed 2011-05-07.

(Bottled, rated 2011-07-07) Clear copper with a smallish, lasting head. Caramely-malty, grapefruity and exotic-fruity, perfumy nose. Nutty-hoppy flavor with grapefruit, and some stuffiness. Almost medium body, balanced CO2. An easy and quite nice APA. Slightly stuffy, and closer to British, than US hoppiness.

Tap @ Bishops Folkunga. Hazy dark amber with a short off white froth leaving some lacings. Aroma Has caramel and lots of piney and a bit floral hops. Theres some kind of vegetable note. Cucumber? Taste is caramel and some toffee, but dry and not especially sweet, with a good piney hop punch. Theres also some oranges, apricots and something berry like. Medium to slight weak body with lots of agressive bubbles. Decent but not like hurra.

Hazy amber, moderate cream colored, small-bubbled head. Nose is rather hoppy, lots of grapefruit bitterness with some earth and a bit of stale warehouse/cardboard. High attenuation accents flavors of tea leaves and grassy hop, moderately dank with misplaced bubblegum/sugar mid palate. Bit oily for the moderate body, but refreshingly bitter throughout.

Draught (handbottled, thanks Kike!). Hazy deep golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is spruce, fruity and grassy notes aslong with some sweet maltyness as well. Flavour is crisp maltyness meeting a rather fruity and floral sweetness. Balanced, but rather bitter for being an APA.
