Travlr (9999) - Washington, Washington DC, USA - OCT 3, 2010
Draught at Borefts Beer Festival 2010, courtesy of Håge, thank you sir! This one was hand pulled through a hoppinator, which contained 300 grams of fresh Cascade hops - insane! This gave it a fresh citrus, grass and meadow aroma, meanwhile the malts were decent, and the result was very pleasant. I tried this one very early in the festival.

ante (3374) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 3, 2010
Draught at SBWF. Pours out in a clear golden colour with a small bubbly white head. Perfumy aroma of flowers, black currant, lemon sweets and Seville oranges. Medium to light-bodied with dryish hoppy notes of grass, orange-peels and red grapefruit. Long dryish bitter finish of grass and blond grapefruit.

24th September 2010. Borefts Beer Festival.
Hazy amber beer. Small residual white head. Light semi dry palate. Zero carbonation. Light sweetish malt - half toffee, half paint. Some lively fresh hops eventually make their way through. Subtle raspberry and strawberry. Sweet sour toffee as well. Dry finish. A bit messy and odd but drinkable.

omhper (18966) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 1, 2010
Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear amber, mid sized head. MIld tropical fruit aroma. Dry, crisp and light bodied. Well drinkable and freshly hoppy with growing bitterness.

NoiZe (2324) - Amersfoort, NETHERLANDS - SEP 30, 2010
At Borefts Bier Festival 2010. Orange colored brew. Nice setup with the beer pumped through the hops. Aroma is very hopped, pine. Flavor has got very dry hops, fresh hops, grassy, pine. Expected the worst, but it was actually pretty ok.

From tap with randalizer. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, grapefruity, grassy and slight citrusy. Herbal, tea-like hoppy flavoured. Bitter and dry hoppy into a dry and bitter finish. A bit too simple hoppy and herbal.

On tap at Borefts Festival. Hazy deep golden with a small white head. The aroma is dust, hop pellets, pee and caramel. WTF? The flavour is hay, puke and pee. Holy crap that was awful!

On tap @ 2nd BBF with fresh hops added. The aroma is as expected quite hoppy and has citrus, grass and pine. Slightly hazy, orange coloured beer with an off-white lace. The taste is bitter and has great pines and citrus and some herbal tones. Light bodied. Nice starter.

On tap @ 2nd BBF. The aroma is very hoppy, bit herbal/flowery and gives me the impression of juniper. Hazy, orange coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is slightly bitter, grassy hoppy and refreshing. Light bodied, easy drinking beer. Good.

Borresteijn (4407) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - SEP 29, 2010
On tap at Borefts BF ’10. The regular APA Solitär led through a so-called Hoppinator. Hazy amber orange colour, no head. Aroma of fresh hops, hop tea, green stuff, cat piss. Flavour is hop tea, too leafy imo, cat piss, earth. Hard to swallow. Not for me this stuff is. Light bodied.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2010 Cask @ BBF 2010. Tapped through heaps of hops (hoppinator), giving the beer a huge but adorable leafy citric hoparoma. Medium bodied. Malty. Leafy very fresh herbal and citric hops in the flavor, lingering on in the long aftertaste. The "hoppination" brings a world of goodness to this beer.
without a Hoppinator...... Keg @ 2nd BBF. Orange color, hazy. Peach and confit fruit in the aroma. Strong cellar flavor, earthy with lots of hops. Totally unbalanced, alas...
