Sampled at RBESG 2005.
An orange golden beer with a fluffy off-white head. Orange, pineapple and hop aroma with butter hints - fresh but lacks some bitterness. Very fruity flavor, sweet with a bitter end. Fresh and biding and really nice.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: MAR 13, 2007 Very much a US "West Coast IPA". I wonder if it was hopped with cascade? Light slightly hazy orange with a small white head. Arom of grapefruit and lemons with some grass clipping mixed in. Flavor slightly bitter with a very malty sweetness to compliment the hops. Finish is all hops.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy dark golden with a small, white head. Lovely aromatic hops in the nose. Full body with lots of caramel and sweetness solidly balanced by good hops. Never too much or too hoppy - just sophisticated and pleasant. 120805

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A hazy orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is nicely hoppy - my guess is from Cascade hops. The flavor is of caramel, grass, and hops, but also with some roasted notes. The end is dry and medium bitter. Thanks to the brewery for supplying this free of charge to RBESG.
