3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On draft @ HaandBryggeriet Beer festival 2012. Sampled both with Randall and without. The score is based on the original version as I found the Randall to grassy and bitter in flavor. Almost clear orange/golden with a light white head. Nice aroma of tropical fruit. Flavor is sweet malty, fruity, balanced bitter, some grass and hint of yeast. Medium body and fruity bitter aftertaste. Pretty smooth. Nice without going wild in any direction – and then came the Randall……….

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught at BA in Örebro. It poured a hazy golden liquid with a small white head. Mild smell with melon, tropical fruit and strawberries. Similar taste with a light malty base. The hops is a bit to light to work alone, but interesting to try and Calyso could be an interesting hop to use in the future. Easy to drink summerbeer.

Mouthfeel is crisp, tiny watery and light bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with grass, pine, orange peal, grapefruit peal and lemon zest.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at Haand Festival 2012, both with and without Hop Randall, version rated is the clean one without added hops. Hazy golden body with a nice white head. Still without the extra hops there’s a very hoppy aroma, tropical fruits, tea, grass. Taste is herbal with yeast, peppers, and tropical fruits, low malt body. Fruity and dry finish.

On tap as Närke Äkta Capsylo - direct hopped at Haand Festival 2012
Yellow hazy, white head. Some hops floating in the glass from the direct hop prossess. Smells very powerfully of hops. Tea-like aromas, earth and citrus. Wow this smells alot. Taste of hops too actually, some malts, quite dry, light sweet, i guess the hops hide some of the body here. Finish has more hops, flowers, grass. Nice beer, very experimental
