Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours deep brownish amber with a big frothy brownish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving some trace and lacing on the glass. Taste is sweet, bitter and malty with bread, smoke, peat, wood, burnt cookies and juniper berries. Mouthfeel is smooth, round and medium bodied. finish is slightly sweet and slightly bitter with bread, smoke, banana bread, wood, pine needles, biscuits and juniper berries. Nice and balanced.

I toppklass.

Had the pleasure to have this straight from the lagering tank. The pour is golden amber with brown hues and a thick off white head. Nose is heavy with aromas of burned wood, smoked bacon, smoke in general and hint of caramel and candy apple. The taste is sweet with a very big bitter mixing in later. Mouthfeel is soft and creamy, body is medium and finish is long.
