Draught at café 3 små rum, Göteborg, Sweden. Pale golden, medium white head. Wonderful hoppy aroma with oranges, dark berries, and the typical Närke plum ester notes. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry with a nice long bitter finish.

On-tap. Bishops Arms Avenyn, Göteborg. Yellow colour with a white head. Hoppy, fruity, citrus, grass, maybe some rhubarb and gooseberries. Bitter, grassy, dry finish. Excellent refeshing ale. I really love these hoppy lower abv single hop beers from Närke.

(Draught) Pours light hazy golden orange. Hoppy citrus aroma of grapefruit, tangerine, juicy orange and rhubarb. Undertones of spruce/pine, grass and black currant. Also a light malt sweetness of sponge cake and some plum like yeast. Maybe even some apricots in the background. Juicy and citric flavour with tones of grapefruit and oranges. Undertones of black currant and some malty sweetness. Clean and soft mouthfeel. Medium bitter with a dryish finish. Light bodied. Maybe one of the cleanest beers I have ever tried but still a very lively and playful creation. Thank you Närke.

fiulijn (10000) - Como, ITALY - JUL 15, 2011
Draught at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö
Hazy blond color; medium sized stiff head. The aroma is powerful, but not what expected; the hop is very nice, and aromatic, a bit germanic, a bit sweaty, and with some apple (strange), no signs of citrus fruits. Even if the body is not stong, the mouthfeel is quite round, also helped by a not-too-strong carbonation; dry toffee flavor, but with some fructose sweetness; very strong bitterness, resiny, with a lot of pine needles and, finally, just some bitter oranges. The final, with a light trace of apples (again?) Is less interesting, strong but just resiny (soft resins). Enjoyable (but nothing to compare to the Mikkeller, just in case you wonder).

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2007 Draught at MacKinlays’s Inn, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear golden colour with a rich white head. Hoppy aroma of citric fruit, grass, pine-needles and melon. Dryish fruity and hoppy taste of grapefruit, grass, pine-needles and lemon-zest. Long bitter finish of grapefruit.

sayravai (4526) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 12, 2007
(Draught@Pikkulintu, Helsinki) Hazy yellow-golden with a small, lasting head. Crisply hoppy aroma with pine and some toffee. Piney, crisply hoppy flavor with some balancing, toffeeish maltiness. Medium-bodied, dry and quite low-carbonated palate. Very nice for the ABV - a bit less hoppy version of Bedarö Bitter.
