gyllenbock (2958) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 7, 2011
On tap at Akkurat in May 2011. Dark amber with a small white head. Rather good but with some strange things in the taste, like some weak notes of smoke. Easy to drink I must say.

finol (1684) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 6, 2011
Draught at Monks Porterhouse. Pours redbrown with a big toffe colored head. Taste of oranges, malt and resin. Lots of taste and complexity but still rather drinkable.

From a bottle into a Närke tulip at the brewery with Hans. This beer pours a medium copper light amber hint, medium tope head with good carbonation, nice lacing...The aroma is a malty to start sweet molasses with a little hop finish...Taste brings out more of the hops, medium hop start to finish, losses a lot of the malt...Really nice full and thick feel, easy to drink. This is better than your average English IPA, I’d try this if given the chance.

Miksu (4537) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - OCT 16, 2010
Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival 2010. Dark amber color. Sweet perfumy hop aroma with lemon, toffee and dark caramel. Bittersweet toffeish and nutty flavor with dark caramel and lemon. This is one of those caramelly IPAs which I’m not so fond of.

Frovigalning (2024) - Örebro, SWEDEN - NOV 23, 2009
Draught at ÖBWF 2009. Clear dark golden-caramell liquid with a very small white foam that left no lacing. Smell of caramell and something funky that I relate to toilette.Medium smooth mouthfeel. Light body, low bitterness. Taste of caramell. I had the original version a while back and loved it, but this one didn’t even come close.

Draught at Akkurat (Stockholm). It hada clar dark golden liquid with a really nice mountain of foam on the top which left allot of lacing. It smelled of bread and malt. The taste had some bread in it at first but then the grassy hops with hints of grapefruit took over. At the end there was a bitterness that had a bite to it. A very good beer.
