Bottle shared by Kyle. Pours a hazy dark brown with a brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of apple with roasted malts and a bit of dark bread. Flavor has roast up front but finishes a bit thin with light bread.

Draught @ Akkurat. Black coloured beer with a medium dence brown coloured head. Very herby malty roasted almost minty hinted aroma. Full palate. Finish is bitter roasted malty with a herby dry roasted ending. Nice.

On tap @ Akkurat, Stockholm. Black pour, huge tan head. Aroma is quite roasty, some chocolate, black burnt malts and some coffee. Flavor is a bit watery, but quite roasty bitter and even a bit sweet. Nice balance. Well drinkable.

Draught @ Akkurat, Stockholm. Pitch-black beer with lacy beige head. Dry, grainy and slightly sour ryebready roastedness, grassy hoppiness. Plenty of soursih bready roastedness, grain husks, a hint of raisins and coffee. Herbal bitterness, woody dry and lingering finish. Sturdy body for the strength. Very well balanced.

Ar: roasted malts, coffee, spices, hint of vanilla? Chocolate, sort of acidic. Ap: black body medium beige head, lacing. F: roasted, dry, acidic, coffee, some smoke, rather bitter, lacks a bit of a bigger malt backbone. M: soft bubbles, little weak. T: competent brewing as always but a little too light to get a higher mark.

Draught @ Bishops Arms: Örebro on December 30. Sold as Närke Vintermörker. Pours very dark brown, almost black, with a small light brown head that clings to the glass while dissipating. Smell is roasted malts, coffee, liquorice and hints of peat. Taste is rather dry and bitter with heavily roasted malts and fine coffee. Mouthfeel is slightly watery. Nice, very drinkable porter.

Draught at Bishops Arms, Örebro. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Smells roasted malt. Tastes rich roasted malt, abit coffee and bubbly with a clear bitter finish.

Cask at Akkurat. Nearly black, beige edge head. Smooth and silky chocolate. tasty stuff.

Cask as Riktigt Jävla Mörker at Akkurat in Stockholm. The pour is a deep ruby with a thin, tan head. No lace. Aroma of burnt cherries, cocoa, roast, lavender. Heavy, rich nose. Taste is watery, thin, roasty, cherries, cocoa, more lavender. Palate is easy, watery, light-bodied. Very nice given the abv.

En helt ordinär porter med trevliga rostade toner och tall. Ganska lagom och enkel.
