2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
16 oz tall boy can. Aroma is very sweet and yeasty. Definitely some banana notes as well as some DMS in the nose. For what it is, it’s not an offensive aroma. Pale golden color with a fizzy small white head. Biscuity, corn-like sweet malty start which persists a while. Nice malty body in the middle and is not overly thin and fizzed. Finishes with a bit of dry bitter hops. Not too bad or offensive.

2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can - 473ml. Boring blond body with average carbonation and a thin white foamy head. Fair, fresh, malty/hoppy aroma with herbal hints. Its bland corny taste carries some bready notes. Ends with a short herbal/corny finish. Useless, but the vintage can is cool.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can pour. Aroma of malt and lemon juice. Gold color with white head. Flavors of sweet bread, citrus, hops and pepper. Sticky aftertaste. Needs more hops. Not horrible, but bland and unbalanced.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Tap at Mission Dolores, Brooklyn. Normally I would not choose this kind of lager in a good beer bar but I noticed that this is a chance to get my first beer from Rhode Island.. at least kind of. Golden color, small white head. Grainy nose. Light to medium-bodied. Flavor is grainy with some sweetcorn and light citrus hoppyness and hints of fruityness. Decent for 16oz/4 usd.

473ml can. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a half finger, white head. Aroma has slightly sweet notes of grain, and traditional hops. Taste matches the aroma. Grain and faint, traditional hops. Medium body Amy carbonation. Clean and refreshing in the mouth. Overall pretty standard but that?s not a bad thing.

Pours a finger and a half of head on a light golden body.
The aroma is mild grain.
The taste is okay, mild grain and touch of bitter.
The texture is light and fizzy.
It wasn’t enjoyable, lacked any real aroma or flavor.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
12 ounce bottle. Honey gold color. Large creamy white head. Grainy metallic nose. Upfront flavor mirrors the aroma with a touch of floral hops. This is the atypical independent American lager, much like Rolling Rock used to be. Light bodied and refreshing. Good for when your planning to throw back several on a warm afternoon or evening. Nothing fancy, just a decent value priced light lager.
