2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into pint glasses and pilseners. The head lasts way longer in the pilsener glass.
The appearance was a nice clear yellow color with the carbonation rising at a decent pace. There was a moderate amount of carbonation seen rising.
The smell was a light sort of sweet corn.
The taste was mainly sweet and didnít have much else going on.
It sat super light on the palate and had a decent light carbonation running about it.
Overall, decent beer for the style. I canít say anything bad about and nor can I say anything to hype it up.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
This is the third style from Narragansett Iíve had, and so far Iím impressed! I usually consider light beer an abomination of nature. But this is really nice! Average looking pour with a *BRIGHT* white head. Grassy, corn water aroma. Like all light beers it has a watery mouth feel. Very crisp, pleasant taste. Scant hops, but some yeasty biscuit and sweet corn in the backdrop. Way too light on the alcohol content. But this is an excellent thirst quencher. Great for a lawn mowing beer or just as a cold one on a hot summer day. This is one of the best light beers ever! I paid $4.99 for a sixer of pint cans on 06/01/2013 @ Woodmans.

16 ounce can from Nikkiís Liquors. Pours a clear golden color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of crackery malts and grassy hops. The taste is pale malts, corn and a grassy finish. Medium bodied and fairly clean. About what youíd expect for a light beer.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
From the 16 fl. oz. can marked 1891-0017. It pours straw yellow with a short-lived fizzy white head. On the nose there are grains, malts, corn, and a hint of hops which is typical for the style. The body is thin. The taste has a noticeable grainy but sweetish character and a clean, crisp hop ending. A light beer is a light beer is a light beer. No better or no worse than its counterparts.
