A Black Belgian Ale collaboratively brewed by Narrows Brewing, Engine House No. 9, Harmon Brewing, Pacific Brewing & Malting, The RAM, Tacoma Brewing, and Wingman Brewers. This complex beer with fill your senses with chocolate, licorice, mint, and tropical fruit. A lingering bitterness makes you thirsty for another sip, but don’t take too many! She’s a strong one.

Serving: from tap at Doyle’s Public House.
Aroma: lightly sweet malt.
Appearance: small, frothy, light-brown initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Black body.
Taste: lightly sour, cherry initial flavor and lightly sweet, toasty (almost burned) finish with average duration.
Palate: medium-to-full body, syrupy texture and soft carbonation.
Overall: very good. Interesting flavor.

Black in color, clear with a Nice dark malts and great use of hops. This was a excellent collaboration brew.
