This oil can of sake has been staring me down for weeks and since the wife is out at work event figured I bes hit this puppy up. Pours slighty greenish yellow water. Nose is tropical fruit and some wood. Tastes of pineapple, pears, doughy, touch of cedar, red bull, and of course rice. Palate is slightly oily with only faint alcohol on finish.

Glass at Sakagura. Pours clear. Clean and pure on the nose, but really not much going on save for the faintest melon notes. Sweet warm rice, sweet banana fruit and a touch of pudding and toastiness on the finish.

Bottled. A light yellow sake. The aroma has notes of lemon, flowers, rice, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet and very alcoholic as well as notes of cedarwood, rice, and lemon. The alcohol burns in the throat. Thanks yespr for sharing.
