2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Slight haze; great head and lace that lasts. Golden in color
Wow, smells like a real Belgian Pale Ale...authentic, nuttiness, cloves, etc. Great start.
Great taste, unfortunately, the body betrays the flavor. This beer is way under-bodied. Too bad, because this could have been a homerun with a little more chew to it.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Brewed in the USA....... Courtesy of the Capt, thanks Mark. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium white head. Aroma of bread, mild spices and fruit. Taste is of orange peels, malts and pepper. Kind of dissappointing but drinkable. I really think this brewery should reconsider about brewing beer.

poured into tulip. pours a cloudy gold with white fluffy head, pale nonexistent odor, mild yeastie fruitiness with little to no hop presence, a mild alchohol aftertaste. good, light and refreshing, a good easy light drink, but nothing too complex.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle. pours semi-hazy golden with small white head. nose has a spicy belgian yeast with banana notes. flavor has lots of banana, and spice from the yeast. this is actually quite refreshing and perfect for a hot summer in chicago while packing this for a move. sorta like a cross between a hefe and a belgian ale.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy yellow body, big-bubbled, but small head. The aroma is slightly too sweet and sticky, with a healthy dose of spices blended well with gentle malts. The flavor is mild also, without much complexity or defining character - maybe some grassiness and pine. I find the finish to be too tart and dry. I feel like I really need a piece of cheese to go with this beer, as the two flavors would compliment each other well enough to increase my rating. But the beer by itself is lacking something for me.
