With a heavy pour got a four-fingered white head that fades quickly leaving some lace. Cloudy amber color. Slight caramel nose. Light carbonation and light-medium bodied. Slight sweet start more hops at the finish. Lingering hoppy aftertaste. $1.75 for a 12oz bottle from Colonial Spirits, Acton, Ma.

12 oz bottled purchased at the brewery/winery. Pours a hazy amber orange with a small, short lived white head. Aroma is a mix of malt and floral hops with the malt being the stronger of the two. Slightly funky yeasty flavor with malts overpowering hops. Full palate with bitter, dry finish. Ok brew.

Sour, unripe fruit, stinky aroma. Mostly clear darkish amber. Sweetish, tangy, golden ale flavor. Not very hoppy at all. Medium-light body. Everyone in the session pretty much agreed that this was a dud. Thanks - sort of - to LuckyDog.

A copper body with a thin white head. Hops and caramel malts on the nose. Flavor was initially sweet but gave away to a decent hop bite, kind of two-dimensional. Body was rather light.

Bottled. Poured hazy amber with a short cap of off-white head.. some fine lacing followed it down. The aroma picked up candy-like sweetness with honey and caramel leading.. fresh floral and fruity hops around.. not bad, but too sweet. The flavor was sweet as well, with honey and redder fruits at the core.. earth and floral bitterness surrounded.. finished rather sharp and bitter (but still with lots of residual sugars). Medium-bodied and sweet as mentioned on the palate.. the transition to the bitter edges was not that good.. aiight brew.

Lightly fruity aroma. Flavor is all band aids and bitter hops in the finish. Not good.

So I have to think that a brewer like this thinks they can sell product based on labels, like wine does. Well they better get their shit together cause this stuff is really crappy. It tastes like stale, old, bad pale lager. But I will admit the labels are nice and thay name sold me despite my knowledge of the low ratings. Why am I a walking contradiction.

Nice pale ale, but could use a big more aroma and body. It’s a bit thin in both areas. I tasted it out of the bottle, but I’ve had it on tap several times and it doesn’t seem to have that problem there.

sampled on tap at the brewery. clear golden in color. Pretty big off white head. Aroma is light citrus/floral hops and not much else. Taste is light notes of citrus with some light notes of malt. pretty thin bodied and not very exciting, although clean tasting.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with ppoitras (thanks!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a large sized white head. Aromas of lemons, yeasty, and all around citric. Tastes of citrus, lighter yeast, and toasted malts. Thinner body that was bordering on watery.
