Hazy to murky medium grey yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, plastic. herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, light plastic. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100309]

Hergestellt für [...]. Wie so oft macht eine Brauerei ihr Weizen als einziges obergäriges Bier nicht selber. Kein Hinweis, wer es stattdessen macht. Im Antrunk ist das Weizen erfrischend, leider auch sehr laff. So ist das Bier wenig hefig, die Säuerlichkeit ist daran angepasst ebenfalls kaum zu erschmecken. Wenig süß-herb im weiteren Verlauf, immerhin zeigt sich die Hefigkeit dann doch noch etwas. Kein Wunder, dass die Brauerei des Bieres nicht genannt werden möchte. 7/5/7/4/8/4

Bottle (from Koelschtrinker). Clove, sour milk, ripe banana, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow coloe with moderate head. Sweet orange/peach, clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice, spicy weizen.
