Serve in Flute, Lager glass

(500ml can) Pours a clear copper body with a small white fizzy head. Aroma of apples, mineral, and earth. Flavor of sweet apples, somewhat sour upfront and then finished minerally and dry.

Can from Thai supermarket. Deep golden body, small white head with lots of surfacing bubbles. Nose is yeast, burnt rubber and hints of yellow apples. Taste is sulphur, wood, yeast and apple juice. Not a very good specimen of the cider race, this one.

A pretty terrible cider. Thin, almost grainy feel to it. I picked up some very light apples but that was coupled with a dry alcohol sensation. Needless to say I was unimpressed.

Fizzy. Dryish. Some taste of apples and toffe, but mainly tastes like most of the other commercial British ciders. Not interesting, but drinkable.
